would certainly ask government hiring authorities about a 0.75% yearly cost of living increase after 30 years of contributing 11% of my salary for my retirement. PERA needs an additional funding source other than extraordinarily high employee/employer payroll contributions if it is to continue as a livable defined benefit retirement.
