There is more than one way to be decent to people, and allowing the CO State Judiciary to speak for itself.

Posted for two reasons:  

1.  The advice is sound.  What Dr. Ireland says is true and is good counsel.

2.  I want us all to remember that there are multiple ways to approach diversity.
